Coconuts are a core part of everyday life in Bali. The leaves are used for offerings. The wood is used as a source of timber. The nuts are an essential part of many local meals and a refreshing drink. But few people know that coconuts are also an excellent source of sugar.
Join our skilled coconut climbers to harvest coconut sap and create a delicious sweetener over a traditional wood fire stove.
